12 Days of Wellness
Your festive fitness + yoga plan
This December we want to ensure you feel cared for, supported and energised through the festive season. We know it's hard to take time for yourself, your social calendar starts to fill up, work parties on weeknights, presents to buy and distant relatives to entertain… It can be easy for routine to go totally out the window but it's so important to prioritise your own wellbeing at this time of year. Our 12 days of wellness series has been curated to include yoga, fitness, strength and meditation sessions all under 30 minutes, with love from the whole B+G team.
