FINS Beach Yoga + Brunch

at Fins Beach Cafe, Sandown
This July join the Balance and Glo Team for an exclusive beach yoga and brunch in partnership with Fin’s Cafe, Isle of Wight. Roll out your mat, look out to sea and get ready for an immersive island yoga experience.
You’ll enjoy a 60-minute vinyasa-style class inspired by the sea, an opportunity for a sea dip, and a delicious brunch looking out to sea.
Bloom & Flow | A Yoga + Flower Farm Experience
Sunday 12th July (SOLD OUT) and Sunday 9th August 2026
at Carisbrooke Flower Farm
Join us for Bloom & Flow, a rejuvenating 60-minute yoga session set in Carisbrooke Flower Farm. Breathe deeply, stretch fully, and connect with nature as you flow through gentle movements surrounded by blooming fields. After class, wander the flower rows and hand-pick your own bouquet to take home.

“We did Balance + Glo as a group of 13 for a hen do. Some of us did yoga quite and a bit and others really not at all, and Jenny was amazing at catering to us all. The paddle boarding itself was great fun, getting to “find our feet” on the water and enjoy it before and after the yoga session really added to it. But they are so welcoming and make you feel relaxed and give you all the advice and help you need.
