14 Days to Calm, Love + Joy
Your NEW YEAR yoga and meditation plan
Sometimes we need to stop and pause to appreciate the changes we've gone through and remember that the time passing and life itself is not something to simply move or rush through. Instead every step forward, every breath taken, every routine created and every change initiated is part of the whole journey. As we move forward into 2024 we want to support you in reconnecting with your body, mind and soul through joy and love, offering a space to pause, set your intentions and head into the new year with presence and energy.
These yoga and meditation sessions are all about reconnecting with our bodies and minds; nurturing, energising and connecting with ourselves as we move into the new year with love and joy. You’ll discover ways to reconnect, There are 6 classes in total which can be spread over two weeks, we suggest aiming to do 3 a week. But feel free to come back to the classes and repeat when you feel like you need to.
