FEBRUARY 2021 - FEEL THE LOVE

This month our theme is FEEL THE LOVE. Not only is it the month of valentines day, but we want you to fall in love with your body, mind and soul once more. The year has already been so tough on all three of those areas, and being a little kinder to ourselves is at the top of our lists - so let’s make it the top of yours too!

We’ll be supporting you across our 3 Pillars this month creating a sense of love inside and out:

LOVE Your Body (Move)

LOVE Your Food (Nourish)

LOVE Yourself (Care)

Throughout the month we will be supporting you with a full LIVE class schedule across yoga, hiit, strength and pilates. Building strength in the body, supporting you to see the beauty in your body and giving you that confidence boost. Here’s your MOVE Calendar for February!! Save it, print it and take note.

  • Join the yoga team where we will focus classes on the heart chakra - this beautiful energy space - think heart opening practises, movements and creating a sense of space through the body. Check out Livvy’s Heart Chakra 30 Min Flow Here.

  • Every Sunday, yoga teacher Emma H will be guiding you through sequences to build strength and open your body to support you in progressing your back bending practise (and some very fun postures!)

  • Build your body confidence by feeling strong with Evelyn heart racing workouts and strength building classes - creating strength from inside to out. Join Evelyn’s feel good movement workshop this month (Saturday 13th Feb)

  • Emma W will be taking you through pilates classes to build that core strength - focusing on your centre and giving you that confidence boost!

  • Be sure to join us @balanceandglo Instagram for our IGTV LIVE MOVE sessions - short little boosts of love from the team to keep you going through the month.
