So if you’re feeling ready to chill out, read on to find out how the B+G team of experts can help you Find Your Rhythm this November across our 3 pillars of wellness - Move, Nourish, Care.

Move

Most experts agree that exercise is an important part of sleep hygiene. Regular exercise, and even short bouts of exercise, lead to improvements in total sleep time, sleep quality, and time spent falling asleep.

For the ultimate chill out check out Emma’s new yin series and then this month we have two new additions:

  • Jenny’s Yoga and Nidra: This new LIVE class is back on the schedule at 8 - 8:45pm every Wednesday. Yoga Nidra or “yogic sleep” is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the “going-to-sleep” stage, typically induced by a guided mediation. Yoga Nidra help calm the nervous system, reduce stress and is the perfect pre-cursor to a good nights sleep.

  • November Fitness Challenge: Exercise in the morning or the afternoon stimulates earlier melatonin release and shift the circadian rhythm so lets keep moving together in these colder months so join Evelyn 3 x a week for the November Fitness Challenge to keep you motivated. Read more below!

November Fitness Challenge

For the month of November, Evelyn challenges you to move with her at least 3 times a week.

This should include attending at least 1 live class (either Monday 7.45am HIIT or Friday 7.30am) to support accountability, and completing two of Evelyn’s new 15 minute Morning Energiser on-demand workouts. These workouts will be released every Sunday and are focused on giving you that extra little boost of energy. Each workout will activate and engage your whole body and will include strength and cardio-focused moves. Upon completion, Evelyn guarantees you will feel more awake, strong and ready to take on your day!

To complete this challenge, Evelyn recommends that you make a plan every Sunday evening for when you are going to complete the workouts - this approach will increase the likelihood of you completing the challenge and will build it into your routine.
