What is Kombucha?
In a nutshell, kombucha (pron: kom-boo-cha) is fermented tea. It's made by naturally fermenting sweet tea, healthy bacteria and yeasts. The end product is a naturally sparkling tasty drink with sweet and sour flavours that contains healthy, living cultures (aka good bacteria) and organic acids.
Evelyn’s latest recipe uses Kombucha to make a refreshing alcohol-free raspberry mojito. Not only will this drink will help quench your thirst, but it will also give your gut some love!

Ingredients
1 lime
1 handful of mint leaves (plus extra for garnish)
6 fresh raspberries
6 ice cubes
Method
Place the mint leaves and raspberries in a large glass and using the back of a wooden spoon mash the mint leaves and raspberries, so they release all their minty and raspberry goodness.
Add the juice of half lime and pour in the kombucha Give a good stir, top up with ice and add extra garnishes!
