RISE + SHINE WITH GLOWING SKIN

This month rise and shine with glowing skin with top tips from our in-house expert, Dr Pippa.

Short on time but want to rise with a healthy shine? Dr Pippa shares her top tips to get that morning glow:

  • Prepare the skin the night before. For example, just before bed. Cleanse, target concerns & moisturise. This can simply be a 5 minute skin routine. 3 steps involving a cleanser, serum & moisturiser, can work wonders the next day. 

  • A little self care like this before bed, also helps with relaxation & aids sleep! Which is vital for skin restoration & rejuvenation over night. 

  • If not already using, consider an overnight serum, to add extra hydration, plumping fine lines & creating radiance on waking the next day. 

  • Upon waking, start the day with hydration. Aim for 1.5-2 litres of water a day, as this is vital for skin health, & will help elasticity & shine.

  • Simply use a gentle face wash in the morning after prepping the skin the night before. Then use a daily moisturiser with SPF as a base, for protection & natural glow throughout the day!
