As the days become brighter and warmer, it's time to put a ‘spring’ in your step. The start of spring is associated with rejuvenation and renewal, the pulse of life quickens and beautiful flowers begin to bloom. We want to share this positive energy with you this month across our 3 Pillars:

  • Move - Put a Spring In Your Step

  • Nourish - Embracing Seasonal Eating

  • Care - Tune into Nature and Get Growing

The goal for this month is reigniting that fire, that energy. We are not here for fads or quick fixes, we are here to support you to make healthier, long-term sustainable changes. We will support you to replenish your store and renew your energy ready for the summer months.

The highlight of this month is our FIRST EVER virtual retreat. If you haven’t already make sure you reserve your spot by the 5th March.

Put a Spring

This month Evelyn is going to help you level up your fitness game. Evelyn will guide you through 3 workouts per week (2 live and 1 on-demand), encompassing HIIT and strength training. This plan is suitable for beginners and those more experienced (Evelyn will provide opportunities to lower or increase the intensity) and will be a mixture of body weight and resistance training (opportunity to add dumbbells/cans/filled water bottles). You will have the opportunity to measure your progress by completing a short circuit of exercises, developed by Evelyn.

In our yoga practice we will be focusing on the natural element of Air. This element is associated with freedom, openness and positivity. We will support you to balance this element, leading you to feel light, open, and importantly motivated. You will gain a deeper connection to your breath, work and progress with heart opening asanas and learn to embrace the flow. Livvy will be also be hosting an exclusive Air Mandala workshop, giving you a new perspective to your practice and a deeper connection to you and the air element. 

This month, we are launching a core pilates progression series (1 on-demand class per week). This will allow you to focus on your core, and gradually progress as your strength grows. This will have a positive impact on your fitness and yoga practice.

Through our move pillar you will have access to:

  • LIVE weekly class schedule featuring all our awesome teachers

  • NEW additions to the Breath work series with Jenny

  • Exclusive Mandala Air Element Workshop with Livvy

  • New On-demand Classes including: Sun Salutation Variations with Emma H, Pilates Core Progression Series with Emma W, and a Strength Series (as part of Evelyn’s fitness series)

  • Benchmark workout to measure progression throughout the month.

We want to inspire with new recipes that make the most of seasonal produce, teach you to adequately fuel your body and how to diversify your diet. 

Through our nourish pillar:

  • We will be sharing weekly seasonal* recipes for you to create at home in partnership with local producers.

  • Louise, our nutritional expert, will be guiding you how to fuel movement and energise.

  • We will share out top tips for window sill growing

  • Evelyn will be hosting a live cookalong focused on how to create the perfect seasonal brunch

  • We will share the benefits of eating with the seasons and our favourite March ingredients!

*‘Seasonal food’ refers to produce grown locally (or at least nationally) without extensive external inputs, such as heated greenhouses, special storage like gas-regulated refrigeration, or hydroponics.

We want you to spring outside and make the most of the great outdoors. We will be encouraging you to connect with nature and notice the changes in the landscape.

Through our care pillar:

  • You will have access to walking meditation recordings. These are designed to bring your body and mind and sync, great for those of you that don’t like to sit and close the eyes to meditate.

  • You can listen to Jenny’s favourite Yoga Nidra (audio recording) for the perfect night’s sleep

  • We will be sharing our favourite outdoor activities and why springing outside is important for our mental health (e.g. watching the sunset and sunrise, walking, running, cycling)

  • Learn how art can be a form of selfcare and join Artist Bethany Mercer for a mindful mandala workshop as part of our virtual retreat.
