This summer indulge with our classes bringing island living a little closer to you. A little piece of paradise direct to your screens - anytime, anywhere. From our new Beach Series filmed from unique island locations, to outdoor live classes, and lots of new on-demand content to support your wellbeing throughout the Summer.

The Online Studio might be online, but that doesn't mean you have to stay inside! This Summer we want you to take the studio outside. Whether it's a live class, or one of the many classes on the On-Demand Library, it’s time to roll out your mat and reap the benefits of moving outdoors.

Immerse yourself in nature with our new ‘Awake in the Wild’ meditation series, tune into your surroundings and create dishes full of local seasonal ingredients, and join us on the island for our unique wellness experiences.

Summer with the Online Studio

This Summer on the Online Studio you will have access to:

  • Beach Series - Be inspired by the island's natural environment, and move, breathe and meditate with Jenny this month as we bring you the Beach Series on the on-demand library. Focused on transporting you to the calm and tranquil island beaches, find inspiration from the ocean waves, the warming sun and the sense of perspective living on an island can bring.

  • Live Schedule of Classes - We’re going to continue offering 5 live classes throughout the summer, as well as share our top tips for maintaining a routine throughout the summer months. Where weather permits, our instructors will be coming live from our outdoor studio.

  • Yoga to Beat the Heat - Launching this August, you’ll be able to access this new on-demand series, made up of soothing, grounding flows and cooling breathwork techniques to help you beat that summer slump.

  • Pre-natal Fitness - We will be bringing you two new pre-natal series ‘Mamma Sweat’ and ‘Mamma Strength’ with mum-to-be and prenatal fitness expert Evelyn featuring bodyweight and resistance moves. Designed to support a healthy pregnancy, prepare you for birth, and motherhood.

Summer In-Person Events

On the island this Summer? You can also join us in-person and make the most of your exclusive member benefits. From SUP Yoga and Water Safaris around the caves of Freshwater bay, to Beach Yoga and Sea Dips, come and experience the magic of the island with the rest of the B+G community.

July Recipes

Cool off with refreshing smoothie recipes this July. From smoothie bowls, frozen smoothies and smoothies you want to dive straight in to, these recipes are suitable for the whole family. Naturally sweet, loaded with a diversity of fruit and veg, and taste great.

August Recipes

Take your summer salads to another level this August with our weekly salad recipes. These recipes will make the salad the centre piece of any BBQ. Full of seasonal produce, beautifully presented, and guaranteed to make you feel great from the inside out.

This summer we will be sharing a new ‘Awake in the Wild’ meditation series with Jenny. Make the most of the lighter mornings, head outside and wake-up with short guided meditations. Ground yourself in the natural world and finish feeling focused and ready to take on the day.

Plus we will be sharing lots of new inspiring content on your exclusive member blog, from our favourite island beaches, to our island stories (learn how the team came to calling the island home and all about the island way of life), plus Dr Pippa will be sharing her top travel essentials.
