Embrace summer in true island style and join our yoga and fitness instructors on the beach. We’re taking our yoga flows and signature Sweat + Stretch ( our mix of yoga and fitness!) sessions to the great outdoors. Perfect for all levels, beginners welcome. Bring a mat and prepare to immerse yourself in this dreamy setting. Timings vary due to the tides so it’ll either be a wake up or sunset session.

What to Expect:
Beach Yoga - A 60 minute vinyasa flow yoga class suitable for all levels. Beginners are welcome. Bring a mat and water.
Sweat + Stretch - Our signature blended class combining fitness and yoga. Begin with a yoga flow to warm the body up, before an energising full body conditioning workout with Evelyn, followed by a recovery flow with one of our awesome yoga teachers. All levels are welcome and lots of options given. All against a backdrop of feel good tunes. Bring a mat and water.
