ENERGY BOOSTING GREEN SMOOTHIE
Go green to boost your wellbeing with this awesome energy boosting smoothie. Made with just 5 ingredients and features the awesome delicious mango which is also high in fibre. This also includes Spinach or Kale . so why are green veggies so special! - well they are one of the easiest ways to keep your mind and body healthy! Green vegetables are packed with antioxidants, and many nutrients including vitamin A, vitamin C, fibre, folate, vitamin K, magnesium, calcium, iron, and potassium. The darker and leafier the vegetable, the greater density of nutrients.

Ingredients
1 banana
1 cup of frozen mango
1/2 cup of frozen spinach or kale
250ml Coconut Water
½ tbsp almond butter
A dash of coconut or natural yogurt
Method
1. Simply place all the ingredients into blender.
2. Blitz until smooth and creamy
Top tip: Try adding a knob of grated ginger (for a little kick), 1 tsp cacao (for a magnesium boost), or a handful of berries (for extra goodness)
