This month, new mum + co-founder Evelyn Joyce will be sharing her 5-part post-natal progressive strength series to add to the growing Bump + Beyond Section. Evelyn knows that finding the time to move post-baby can be a challenge, but she also understands the importance of gradually building back your strength, and that’s why each video in this series is only 10-15 minutes in length.

Starting with gentle body weight exercises before slowly adding in light weights, when you feel ready, Evelyn will help you to regain your confidence with movement and strength.
