The Balance + Glo team understand that the pressures of the day start the moment you wake up, that’s why we’ve created classes and recipes that work for you, no matter how much time you have, to help you build a little wellness into your morning routine. From LIVE virtual morning workouts and yoga, to starting your day more mindfully with meditation or boosting your energy with delicious healthy breakfast, join the Balance + Glo team today to make sure you start every day right.

MORNING MOVEMENT SERIES

Become a member and move with the B+G team first thing. Classes during March will focus on energising you for the day ahead and setting you up for well deserved rest and sleep. As a member you will be able to join us LIVE for 4 morning classes per week (plus 1 evening classes). Can’t make a live class, don’t worry as all our live classes are uploaded onto our on-demand library within 12 hours so you can complete at a time that is convenient to you.

In addition to our live online classes, members will also have access to our new four-part on-demand yoga series with Jenny - ‘Movement to Fit your Morning’. This series includes a 5 minute flow ‘Whilst the Kettle Boils’ and 20 minutes to ‘Ease into Your Day’. You’ll also have access to Emma’s ‘Revive your Morning’ flow series incorporating four 15 minutes classes, as well as a new 10 minute Wake Up Happy Morning workout with Evelyn. Roll out of bed and workout in your pyjamas. Wake up your body and mind ready for the day ahead. Add this to your morning routine to make everyday amazing!

MORNING HABITS & POWER OF MEDITATION

Creating morning habits can benefit you by providing a calm start to the day, giving you more energy, improving your focus, and giving you a sense of well-being. This month members will benefit from our ‘Top 10 Morning Habits’, sharing ‘How to Create a Morning Routine if You are ‘Time Poor’, and the science behind getting your morning rituals in place.

Did you know that just 10 mindful minutes a day can improve your sleep, soothe anxious thoughts and ease burnout? This month, members will be encouraged to try incorporating mindful minutes into your day with Jenny’s ‘Mindful Morning Meditation’ series. A series of short meditations designed to support you through your day, perfect for anyone new to meditation these short guides can be used when you wake up and are a great way to start the day on the right foot!
