Helping you to feel calm, relaxed and grounded.

This programme aims to help you unplug from stress by providing the downtime you need to thoroughly decompress.

These classes will help you shake off the stress of the day and release tension in your body. If it’s been a stressful day at work  these classes will help you to let go, reflect, and settle your body and mind for a restful evening and prepare for a new day ahead.

Over the 7 day plan you will:

  • Explore a variety of yoga, breath work and meditation practises to release stress and ease anxiety

  • Restore your mind and body when you feel fatigued

  • Find deep rest and relaxation at the end of your day

You’ll be guided through a mix of yoga, meditation and breath work practises over 7 days to ease tension, relax and release stress. Smart Snacks | 5 Recipes to Fuel Your Day

Smart snacking: by eating regular meals every 3-4 hours we naturally boost our metabolism and create another opportunity to get a top up of key nutrients to fuel our brain and our body.
