FREE Take 5 Series
Take 5 to reduce stress, improve performance, and manage energy levels
Research has found that taking ‘micro-breaks’ throughout the day can have a positive impact on your overall wellbeing and productivity. These breaks can reduce or prevent stress, help maintain performance throughout the day and reduce the need for a long recovery at the end of the day.
‘Take 5’ with our new micro-break series available for FREE to share your colleagues and your employees.

Annual Cost of Poor Employee Mental Health
Poor mental health costs UK employers up to £45 billion per year. The annual cost is rising due to an increase in presentism (working well unwell and therefore less productive) and leaveism (the improper use of leave).

440,000 women each year continue to work during their pregnancy and approximately 2/3 return to work soon after giving birth. Almost 1/2 of these women experience some form of disadvantage at work because they are pregnant or take maternity leave.
Included in our membership is a specialist pre/post natal plan to help support women back to work.

What our corporate clients are saying…
“As an organisation we needed a wellness program that would provide a variety of classes for a number of geographies and abilities. Balance + Glo stepped up and tailor made classes that would fit, both in person for our Isle of Wight based employees and a large library of recorded sessions for additional locations. This has been a really positive change as it means everyone can attend when they have the time. The whole balance and glo team are positive and friendly and we have found a large uptake in the online and in person classes. As part of our package we have 'Bump and Beyond' to help those on maternity with their wellbeing and nutrition.”
— Joey Bootle, Chief Operating Officer, Ellen MacArthur Foundation
“I was asked to source a provider of online wellbeing sessions for our staff, to give them an option to take a break from their working day. Jenny and Evelyn were incredibly helpful, providing the perfect proposal in the form of their Breathe, Stretch and Wellbeing sessions. The sessions were delivered via MS Teams, with a recording of the sessions available for those who were unable to join live. The feedback from the sessions was really positive and everyone appreciated the opportunity to switch off from stresses of their working day and be transported to a calmer place with the help of Jenny’s amazing calm voice and gentle, yet effective movements.”
— Fiona Capewell, Corporate Leadership Support, Isle of Wight Council
“We really enjoyed the event hosted by Jenny and the team to celebrate the launch of the Liz Earle Employee Wellbeing program with Balance + Glo. Every aspect of this fantastic event had been carefully curated, we were delighted with the broad program of content and class taster sessions on offer. It provided our team members with an opportunity to explore the online platform and membership available plus the Peanut Power Balls are now a firm favourite!”
