🔐 Getting Started: Logging In
To access all of the Balance + Glo Online Studio content—including live Zoom classes, the members-only blog, and the on-demand class library—follow these steps:
Go to the website
Head to the Balance + Glo homepage.Click “Log In”
You’ll find the Log In button in the top right-hand corner of the page.Enter your details
Use the email and password associated with your account. Click OK and you’ll be automatically taken to the Members Area.

Accessing the Library:
Click the "On Demand Library" link on your members area page
From here, explore hundreds of classes and workshops available at your convenience.
Finding a Class:
Filter Options
Use the filter bar at the top of the page to browse by:Class Type (Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, etc.)
Duration
Intensity
Instructor
After choosing your filters, click Apply Filter.
👉 Tip: Always clear filters before starting a new search.Search Function
Use the search box to find classes using keywords like:
core pilates, gentle yoga, or guided meditation.Browse by Category
Categories are available across the top and down the page, including:New On Demand – the latest content
Favourites – saved classes you’ve "hearted"
Recently Watched – pick up where you left off
Live Class Catch Up – recordings of live Zoom classes (available for 2 weeks)
Watching a Class:
Click on your chosen class.
Press Play to start.
View class info including required equipment and difficulty level beneath the video.
Saving a Class:
💖 Click the heart icon on any video to save it to your Favourites.
