FAQs

  • The Self Reset is included in the Balance + Glo Online Studio.

  • You complete a class a day. These classes are either yoga, fitness, strength, pilates or meditation. You have the option of a live class or an on demand class.

    Saturdays are rest days where you’ll enjoy a recipe instead.

  • You can start the challenge whenever you like BUT the live classes are assigned to start on the 1st September. PLUS you can enrol in the September “cohort” to receive daily email reminders for the classes & community support.

    Sign up to the September cohort here.

    If you sign up to the daily emails during September your emails will start from that day. For example 6th September will start with Day 7 on the morning of the 7th September.
