Power Hour by Adrienne Herbert

As a huge lover of the Power Hour Podcast, this book runs with the same message - it’s about making the most of the first hour of your day, to pursue your passions and unlock your full potential.

The Power Hour message is simple: one hour a day is all you need to change your life for the better. From the importance of developing a growth mindset to creating powerful habits and the significance of daily movement, it will help you reclaim your time. Magpie by Elizabeth Day

The exhilarating new novel from the bestselling author of How to Fail, comes a thrilling story of jealousy, motherhood and power.

Magpie is a tense, twisting, brilliantly written novel about mothers and children, envy and possession, and the dangers of getting everything you've ever dreamed of. It’s one that’s hard to put down!

The Reading List by Sara Nisha Adams

Lots of intertwined stories about different people finding the same reading list and how it helps their lives.

Yoga teacher Emma shares her favourite book below:

Where the Crawdads Sing by  Delia Owens

We know this keeps cropping up in our reading lists but team B + G love this book. If you haven’t picked it up yet, then head and grab yourself a copy. A beautiful story,  it's about a young woman named Kya, who's left to raise herself in the marshes of North Carolina when her family abandons her at a young age.

There is so much to her story: romance, mystery, and a murder, all set in the beautiful marshlands of North Carolina and one that will stay with you forever.
