EMBRACE THE ELEMENTS - MAY 2022

As the days get a little longer, here at Balance + Glo, we are using this extra little bit of time to immerse ourselves in nature as much as possible. There’s something incredibly life-affirming about taking time to connect with the forces of nature around you. Come rain, wind or shine, you can join the team this May as we embrace all the elements on The Online Studio.

Honour the 5 elements (earth, fire, water, air, space) and flow with our on demand yoga series, create space and be guided with our sunrise and sunset meditation practises and discover how strength building classes can support your summer activities like paddle boarding, swimming and more. All fuelled with fresh light lunch recipes and a delicious side of nourishing picnic delights from our wellness experts.

NEW On Demand Series: Embrace the Elements

Discover our on demand 5 part ‘Embrace the Elements' Series. Join yoga teachers Jenny and Olivia as they delve deeper into each element. Anchor yourself through the ebbs and flows of life with a grounding earth practise, build heat with the fire element, connect to calm as you move through a water inspired session, drop into the heart space with air flow and connect to your inner wisdom and truth with the space (ether) element .

This month discover strength and fitness sessions with Evelyn designed to support you in building strength and stability to prepare you for venturing back outside this summer, whether that be paddleboarding, surfing or swimming. With a focus on upper body strengthening and core, they will leave you feeling more aligned and balanced.
