‘12 Days of Christmas Wellness’ has been specially curated by our team of experts and covers our 3 pillars - move, nourish and care. 12 new on-demand classes designed to help you digest, destress, and dance all the way into Christmas! You’ll be able to access this new on-demand series throughout December, to meet all your Christmasy wellness needs - from festive cook-alongs in the kitchen with Ev, Yoga Nidra for Peace with Jenny, Relax with Yin from Emma and enjoy a fun Christmas ladder flow with Liv!
Each video is less than 30 minutes long, designed to fit into a busy festive schedule and have a positive impact on your wellbeing. We will release all 12 videos at the beginning of December so that you can access them throughout the month - choose a video that fits your needs and repeat those that you love!

We are continuing to run LIVE classes throughout December. However, we recognise that your routine may go slightly out the window this month, so don’t be too hard on yourself. Where you can, catch-up on our live classes on the on-demand library. Or if you’re struggling for time, then remember some movement is better than none. Check out our ‘Short on Time’ series or filter classes by duration on the on-demand library.
This month we are excited to hosting another Live Online Retreat. Join us for our Virtual Christmas Party Retreat on Sunday 12th December (10.00 -11.30); a morning of festive themed yoga with Olivia, find calm amongst the chaos with Jenny and her guided meditation, plus a Christmas Brunch cook-along with Evelyn. Festive attire is encouraged!

Plus it avoids the stress of running round the shops trying to find something everyone will like and ultimately reduce waste and the risk of unwanted presents - I mean who doesn’t like a gift they can eat!

As last year’s Christmas plans were effectively cancelled, the diary might be starting to fill up a little more than previous years. In a bid to try and see everyone, and say yes to every social event, it’s easy to let self-care fall by the way-side. This can lead to feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and anxious. Take the team’s advice and implement our simple but effective self-care tips to enable you to be your best self! We will be sharing grounding meditations, breath work practices, top tips for stress free hosting, and our favourite yin classes.
