‘12 Days of Christmas Wellness’ has been specially curated by our team of experts and covers our 3 pillars - move, nourish and care. 12 new on-demand classes designed to help you digest, destress, and dance all the way into Christmas! You can complete the videos in order, or you can pick a class depending on your need. From a festive cook-along in the kitchen with Ev, Yoga Nidra for Peace with Jenny, relaxing yin with Emma and a fun Christmas ladder flow with Olivia.
Often over the festive period, we can neglect our own wellness needs - neglecting taking the time out to be still, to move, to breathe. We want to make it easier for you, and that’s why each video in our series is less than 30 minutes (with the majority 15 minutes or less) in length.
This is our present for you:
Fallen Star Flow with Olivia: A power yoga flow based around the pose "fallen star". We will explore groin and core strength in this short but fiery flow!
Slow Down Flow with Emma: Amongst the busy festive period take 15 minutes to slow down and enjoy this beautiful yoga flow with Emma.
Nidra for Peace with Jenny: Cultivate some time to find peace in this festive period with Jenny. Come out of this nidra with a sense of calm and serenity.
Christmas Tabata with Evelyn: During this class you will complete 3 rounds of 9 exercises, spelling out Christmas. This is a short sweaty one, perfect for squeezing into the festive period. Make sure you are warm before you start!
Ladder Flow with Olivia: Try Liv’s fun and dynamic ladder flow yoga class that adds a pose on each time you complete the sequence, finally ending up with a 12 pose flow!
Yoga Flow for Digestion with Emma: Enjoy this short and twisty yoga flow aimed to help get things moving and energise the body. An antidote to all those Christmas dinners and parties!
Mulled Apple Mocktail Cookalong with Evelyn: Cook-along live with Evelyn to create her warm apple mocktail. The perfect warming festive drink. Make a batch before your friends arrive - your home will smell amazing and your guests will love it!
Destress Breath with Jenny: A simple breath work practise to breathe away any festive stress. It can be a full on time with parties, family, and food so take a few moments to bring your awareness back to you breath and let go.
Peaceful Yin Flow with Olivia: A deeply restorative yin yoga class with the lovely Liv to help you balance out all the singing, chatting and giving around the festive period.

12 Days of Christmas Workout with Evelyn: There are 12 different exercises that correspond to the 12 different days. Like the song the ’12 Days of Christmas’, you will follow-along with Evelyn, completing each exercise in ascending order then work back down to 1, adding one exercise per round. It gets sweaty - enjoy! Make sure you are nice and warm before starting this one.
