We are super excited to invite you to our exclusive member meet-up event. Designed to give you the opportunity to pause, breath, move, stretch, brunch and connect with the team and other studio members. This is an exclusive member event incorporating a ‘move to feel good’ fitness class, an energising yoga session, a mindful meditation and a delicious brunch picnic. The event will be hosted in the grounds of Northwood Park with all the Balance + Glo unique special touches. Expect a luxury wellness experience with a dreamy tablescape in beautiful surroundings.

Your own B+G natural large tote bag to take home (this is our newly designed bag that money can’t buy!)
PLUS all members of the B+G teaching team will be present to connect and answer all of your wellness questions.
The cost per ticket is just £20. This is a significantly discounted member rate to thank you for your ongoing support. There are limited spaces available so it is advisable to book ASAP.
