Overview

Throughout the summer, you'll receive follow-along videos, guides, shopping lists, and top tips to support your gut health journey. And because good nutrition is key, we'll also share mouthwatering recipes featuring gut-friendly ingredients. But that's not all. We understand that gut health goes beyond what you eat. Stress can wreak havoc on your digestive system, which is why we'll provide yoga flows, breathwork exercises, and mindfulness techniques tailored to support your gut health goals.

What you can expect:

  • A focus on fermentation including guides on how to create your own Kimchi (June), Sourdough (July) and Kombucha (August) at home (we’ll be launching one each month over the summer). Discover the benefits, follow the videos and use our convenient shopping lists.

  • Stress less meditation and mindfulness practices ranging from 5 to 10 minutes each to help you relax and support your gut health.

  • Yoga flows dedicated to supporting your digestive health, including a focus on twists and heart opening flows to release and nurture, and yin focused sessions to restore the body.

  • Discover how nature and your interaction with the environment can improve your gut microbiome - think gardening tips, growing your own and exploring your outdoor landscape.

  • Accessible for individuals of all schedules and experience levels.

This June : Discover Kimchi

Discover our very own B+G Kimchi recipe this month. This is a traditional Korean dish made from fermented vegetables, most commonly napa cabbage and Korean radishes. The fermentation process in kimchi promotes the growth of beneficial probiotics, which are known to improve gut health. These probiotics aid in digestion, enhance the immune system, and can even contribute to better mental health. Incorporating kimchi into your diet can be a delicious way to support your overall well-being.
