Grab your notebook and a pen - journaling is back! Journaling provides an opportunity to reflect and give yourself space and time to refocus on the things that matter to you.

Keeping a journal is an effective tool to process thoughts, feelings and experiences. Journaling can help gain clarity on lessons learned, next actions or direction or goals - helping you to refocus where you need to.

Here’s some prompts to help get you started:

  • What projects, events or commitments do you have coming up? What are you saying ‘yes’ to? What can you say ‘no’ to?

  • What do you want life to look like for the rest of this year?

  • What do you want more of? What do you want less of?

  • What would absolutely make your 2020 amazing?

  • What lessons or new knowledge are you bringing with you into this season?

Top Tip: Put 5 minutes aside each day to fill in your journal so that it becomes part of your daily routine.
