Grab your notebook and a pen - journaling is back! Journaling provides an opportunity to reflect and give yourself space and time to refocus on the things that matter to you.
Keeping a journal is an effective tool to process thoughts, feelings and experiences. Journaling can help gain clarity on lessons learned, next actions or direction or goals - helping you to refocus where you need to.
Here’s some prompts to help get you started:
What projects, events or commitments do you have coming up? What are you saying ‘yes’ to? What can you say ‘no’ to?
What do you want life to look like for the rest of this year?
What do you want more of? What do you want less of?
What would absolutely make your 2020 amazing?
What lessons or new knowledge are you bringing with you into this season?
Give it a go and see how it makes you feel. It’s been proven that by writing things down we are more likely to stick by them and its great how it gives you a fresh outlook on your life.
Top Tip: Put 5 minutes aside each day to fill in your journal so that it becomes part of your daily routine.
