DECEMBER 2020 : NOURISH + ENERGISE
We are super excited to share the first monthly themed blog post on the new platform! Each month, the platform will have a different theme with corresponding special events, workshops, pre-recorded videos and blog posts (including seasonal recipes!)

This month we have decided to focus on supporting you to NOURISH & ENERGISE your body through food and movement. We understand that Christmas this year is likely to look a little different to what we are used to, with many of us unable to celebrate in the same way with those that we love. Therefore, it is key to us that you feel connected and supported through our platform. We want to provide you with an outlet to move and feel great, recipes to nourish the body, and top tips to keep you well this December.
This month we have curated some awesome video series with our experts. Via the online library you will be able to:
Practice mindful movement and learn the five basic principles of Pilates with Pilates lead Emma;
Learn how to connect with your breath and begin to create space through Jenny’s breathwork series; and
Energise your body by incorporating resistance into your training with Evelyn.
Feel connected by joining our live classes this month. We will be sharing the live schedule each week via the members page and weekly email. This will include:
x2 Weekly Yoga Classes with Jenny, including her popular Thursday evening relaxation and nidra sessions
Two special mat Pilates sessions with Emma (Saturday 5th + 19th Dec ) - for those of you new to Pilates we recommend completing Emma’s five principle classes first!
Sunday Dynamic Yoga sessions with Jenny or Emma guaranteed to get you energised for the day ahead
Weekly Tuesday HIIT sessions with Evelyn guaranteed to make you a little sweaty and have fun!
