SMOOTHIE BOWL - 3 WAYS
Here are our 3 favourite smoothies for these hot days. Guaranteed to nourish the body. We do tend to guess on the quantities, but it does mean you can decide how thick or thin you’d like the smoothie to be!

Serves: Each recipe makes enough for 1 to 2 people.
Time to create: 5-10 minutes
TOP TIPS
Frozen fruit including bananas works a treat (just cut into chunks first before you freeze!)
Blitz all ingredients in a blender. Then add the toppings.
Raspberry Ripple
1 Cup frozen raspberries
1 Cup oat milk
A frozen bananas
2 dates
Ripple in some coconut yogurt for effect!
Top with frozen raspberries and toasted seeds)
Blue Ocean
1/2 tsp Spirulina powder
1 Cup frozen blueberries
1 frozen banana
A Cup of coconut water or dairy free milk
Sunshine in a Bowl
1 Cup frozen mango
1 frozen banana
1 Cup coconut water
1 tbsp coconut yogurt
1/2 turmeric
Dash of honey
Top with coconut and mint
