REFRESH WITH OUR SUMMER BERRY + MINT SMOOTHIE

Want something to quench your thirst after a summer adventure? Our summer berry and mint smoothie is refreshing, creamy and super simple to make. Add a fruit skewer to take it to another level and up your 5 a day!

Servings:

Time to create: 5 minutes

Ingredients 

  • 70g frozen summer berries 

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 20g frozen avocado (approx. 1/4 a small avocado)

  • 150ml coconut milk

  • 1 heaped tsp almond butter 

  • 3-5 mint leaves 

  • Option: add a dash of maple syrup to add a little sweetness! 

Method

  1. It’s super simple - add all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth. 


Top tips: 

Reduce the amount of coconut milk for a thicker smoothie, great if you’re making a smoothie bowl. 

Don’t have frozen fruit or avocado (and want to wait for it to freeze), no problem just use fresh fruit. It will still be super tasty, just less creamy! 

Create a fruit skewer with your favourite summer fruits for a tasty decoration.
