If your New Year's wellness resolutions have taken a detour, fret not; spring offers a vibrant opportunity to realign your goals, with renewed energy and focus. As nature blossoms around you, take the opportunity to cultivate a holistic approach to your wellness journey. 

Over the 7 day plan, you will experience:

  • Increased Energy Levels: By incorporating breath work, yoga, and strength training, expect to experience heightened energy levels throughout the week. These activities promote circulation, oxygenation, and endorphin release, resulting in a natural boost in energy and vitality.

  • Improved Physical Fitness: Engaging in a variety of workouts, including yoga flows, strength training, and cardio sessions, contributes to overall physical fitness. Anticipate improvements in cardiovascular health, muscle strength, endurance, flexibility, and mobility.

  • Stress Reduction and Relaxation: The mindfulness practices integrated into the plan, help reduce stress levels and promote relaxation. These activities will encourage you to connect with the present moment, release tension, and cultivate a sense of calm and inner peace.

  • Enhanced Mental Clarity and Focus: Mind-body fusion sessions and mindfulness practices support mental clarity and focus.

Class Overview

Below is an overview of the classes included in the plan:

  • BREATH WORK FOR JOY - Reconnect with the breath and celebrate the change in season with this short breathwork practice with Emma. Designed to cultivate joy and energise the body. 

  • FULL BODY RESISTANCE BAND - Explore the benefits of our "‘Sweat + Stretch’ classes. You’ll complete a lower, upper and core circuit for a full body workout. We recommend following with our new Mobility Flow as part of this plan. CLEANSING SPRING YOGA FLOW - Welcome in the Spring with this 30 minute cleansing yoga flow. Expect lots of twists and breathwork to release tension and get any stagnant energy moving. 

  • STRENGTH FOR RENEWED ENERGY - Revitalise your body with this new full body strength class. This workout is broken down into 2 total sets of 10 exercises with each set containing different variations of the same movement patterns. Build endurance and tone muscles, empowering yourself with increased energy levels. We recommend following with our new Mobility Flow as part of this plan.

  • MIND-BODY FUSION - Fuse the benefits of yoga and meditation in a session aimed at harmonising mind and body. Cultivate inner peace and mental clarity as you move through the plan with a renewed sense of purpose.

  • MOBILITY FLOW - This dynamic, full body yoga class will take you through mindful movement meant to support your long-term mobility by creating strong + flexible joints. You will be encouraged to move with your breath while staying aware of your bodily sensations.

  • MORNING GRATITUDE MEDITATION - Conclude the plan with a short meditation focused on positivity and gratitude. Cultivate the energy and renewed motivation that you have gained from this plan, and take it with you for the rest of the season.
