Rise + Shine | 14 Day Morning Yoga Plan

14 Day Plan

Get your morning started with energy and enthusiasm and feel better for the day ahead. These yoga classes are designed to be done over over 2 weeks to enable you to add yoga to to your regular upbeat morning routine to get you feeling ready and energised for your happiest day. Ease yourself in with gentle movement and then power up body and mind with invigorating movement. 

We suggest aiming for 3 classes a week to get into a the sustainable habit of rolling your mat out (if you can do more than please do!). All the classes are under 30 minutes and you can come back and repeat any of the classes at anytime.

 

ENERGISED. POSITIVE. BALANCED

 

Over the 14 day plan you will:

  • Explore how your yoga practise can be built into your morning routine.

  • Feel energised and ready for your day ahead

  • Help you to manifest positivity and gratitude

  • Be supported in maintaining a regular yoga practise
