The philosophy of Intuitive Eating is all about listening to what your body really needs in the moment and letting go of external messages from our fad diet led culture. One of the key things that I love about this approach is that Intuitive Eating isn’t about perfection. It is about letting go of perfection and tuning into your body - understanding your body and decoding the signals your body is sending you to understand what you truly need. This workshop also invites you to re-think how you view cravings. You will discover how to re-frame cravings in a POSITIVE way - so often people demonise their cravings, but let’s look at cravings as a positive thing and use them to our advantage to improve our health and wellbeing.

- Discover a style of eating which his really flexible

- Learn an approach that allows you to let go of endless fad diets or restrictive food plans that are hard to stick to

- Learn 10 principles of intuitive eating

- Learn 5 steps to get started with intuitive eating

-  Learn how to tap into your hunger and full cues, and how food makes you feel

- Find out how to understand your cravings and navigate them in a self-compassionate way

- If you feel controlled by cravings, this more empowered approach will put you back in the driving seat
