THE POWER OF PLAY - JUNE
This June we want to give you the time and space to not take yourself too seriously. It’s time to connect with your inner child, and find more creativity and freedom within your yoga practice. Rather than not having a go for fear of failure, we will encourage a practice of letting go, and through this you will realise that so much more becomes possible. Through our live classes and new on-demand series, the team will guide you through playful sequences, working on balance poses, as well as providing progressions towards headstands and wheel.

We will introduce you to the ‘Power of Play’ in our Live Classes with Wheel and Headstands, and our new ‘Progression to Crow’ series. Whilst join Evelyn every Friday for a yoga-inspired strength class, cultivating balance, mobility and flexibly to support you develop the necessary strength for this month’s focused postures. Continue to build cardiovascular endurance and enjoy a feel good workout with Evelyn every Monday with her 45 minute Live Bodyweight Class.
Progression to Crow
Arm balances are a great form of play. Whether you are new to arm balances or yoga, this new 3-part on-demand series with Emma will help you develop smart and effective yoga sequencing, as well as providing lots of options that will make crow feel more achievable.
Headstands
Now you don’t have to do a headstand to practice yoga, but they do offer many benefits. From improving balance, to teaching you to enjoy the journey, and learning to let go and try ‘challenging’ things. Throughout June, Olivia will help you build strength in the upper body and core to support your journey towards headstands and beyond. You will be provided with drills and flows that will give you the Power to Play, and be provided encouragement, quality advice and a safe environment to explore. You never know, you might surprise yourself!
Wheel
Open your heart to a new perspective with wheel pose with Jenny this June. Boost your energy, whilst strengthening your arms, legs, core and spine. Throughout the month Jenny will guide you through preparatory poses, variations (supported bridge and half wheel), as well as the space to try full wheel.
The month we have decided to share recipes worthy of a celebration, with a selection of new sweet and savoury recipes. So, whether you’re having a picnic, hosting a BBQ, or attending a street party, we’ve got your needs covered. From Jubilee Breakfast Cups, Mushroom Sausage Rolls, Crudités and Dips, and Pizza Slices to-go, we will ensure your guests are nourished and don’t go hungry. Plus Evelyn will be on hand to answer your foodie questions, providing recipes to inspire you, seasonal tips, and snack solutions.
