Be Your Best Self | Strength Plan
7 Day Plan
The aim of this programme is to introduce you to strength training and its awesome benefits that will leave you feeling stronger in both body and mind. Alongside awesome trainers Evelyn and Hannah, you'll start by going over the fundamental movements (useful for those that are new to strength training or those that would like a refresh) and perfecting your form, before gradually adding resistance to the exercises (achieved through both tempo and weight). All exercises are low impact and designed for all abilities. The classes are designed to be completed sequentially, taking rest days when needed (depended on experience undertaking strength workouts. For beginners, we would recommend taking a rest day between each workout. On the rest days we would recommend active recovery (such as a fast walk and/or yoga session). By the end of the week, you’ll feel confident about bringing strength training into your wellbeing routine.

Over the 7 day plan you will:
Practice the fundamental strength exercises
Learn how to use weights safely and about the benefits of strength training
Be comfortable choosing the appropriate level of resistance for an exercise
Take part in variety of workout formats
Feel stronger!
Develop the confidence to build strength training into your regular practice

Upper + Core (Start adding Weight) with Evelyn (20 Minutes)

Lower Body Supersets with Hannah (20 mins)

Express Abs with Evelyn (10 mins)
