Wellbeing Plans

Helping you stay inspired + motivated

Our Balance + Glo Wellbeing Plans have been designed and curated to support your wellness journey. We want to continue to support you in ensuring you stay inspired and motivated, and so you can see real positive progress and results. 

Each month you'll receive a monthly wellbeing plan focused on a relevant topic like confidence, improving sleep, reducing stress and many others. We will be offering a holistic approach in our plans to support mental and physical wellbeing. Depending on the topic, each plan could include yoga, strength training, fitness, mindfulness, meditation and much more. 

All the classes will be available on demand on the Online Studio library under a dedicated Wellbeing Plan category so you can access them at any time. Within each plan, the classes have been designed to help you get the most from the plan as a whole. We really recommend doing the classes sequentially starting from day one. You can do a few classes in one day or spread them over a number of days. And remember you can always come back to your favourite classes if you find one that really connects with you.

Each month you'll also receive a nutrition led whole food based monthly meal plan, created by our expert nutritionist with further guidance on macros and a whole food approach. Think energising breakfasts, simple delicious lunches and the perfect afternoon desk snacks. Each meal plan will be presented as a PDF style easy to follow guide that will be available to download.
