What to expect this April on Balance + Glo

The Online Studio this April is inspired by our Find Your Flow Retreat we are hosting on the Island this month. We love to introduce our guests to new activities, recipes and take advantage of the wonderful views from the barn.

We want to show YOU how you can use your membership to find an everyday routine without the need for the trip away!

As a member you can expect;

Our Isle of Wight retreats are truly inspired by the magical coastline that we are surrounded by, and we want to inspire YOU to make the most of the outdoors as we Spring into April.

New Classes Coming Soon

Ocean Yoga Flow (30 mins) with Olivia

Inspired by her “Wake Up & Flow” classes she teaches on Balance + Glo retreats one of our yoga instructors Olivia has recorded a 30 minute “Ocean Yoga Flow” on demand. This Vinyasa Flow class will help you feel into your own creativity, inspiration, and freedom.


New 4-part Finisher Fitness Series

Do you find yourself in the flow at the end of a workout with a little bit more left in the tank? Add on one of our new 10 minute finisher classes!

These 10 minute workouts, incorporating bodyweight and weighted exercises, are designed to build strength and get your heart pumping. Ideal for those who want to make every second count.

You’ll be able to supercharge your sessions, with ladder workouts, interval training, targeted abs, and stamina challenges. These classes also work as standalone sessions if you find yourself short on time.

This April, co-founder Evelyn will be bringing you easy, healthy office snack ideas. Incorporating fresh, balanced snacks on the go doesn’t have to be a headache and Evelyn’s recipes will be your go-to.

On our retreats, first thing or mid-morning we love to offer our guests smoothies that are hydrating + full of nutritional value. This month, Evelyn will be adding to the already extensive list of smoothie recipes on the Balanced Life Blog. PLUS with Easter just around the corner, Evelyn will be sharing her Easter inspired treats to serve at family gatherings or as an edible gift for a friend.

Many of our retreat guests come on retreat to escape from a very busy daily life. Retreats offer the opportunity to slow down with everything organised for you to be able to do just that. This month, we are going to showing you how to use your Balance + Glo membership to bring more clarity and presence into your daily life.

From sharing technical tips to get the most out of your membership, to simple mindfulness sessions & how to establish a daily movement practice we’ve got your back!
