A key part of developing a healthy sleep routine is connecting to our circadian rhythms, our inner clock that aligns with the season. One way to help ease winter fatigue is getting out in nature in the morning. Our live schedule of classes includes 5 morning classes that you can swing a window open for.
Bedtime Meditation for Anxiety
Jenny’s soothing voice allows you to let go any anxieties from your day. This mediation is the perfect reminder that when bedtime comes about, it’s okay to receive rest, release yourself from the throws of life and allow yourself the gift of a good night’s sleep.
Yoga Nidra for Deep Rest
Yoga Nidra or “Yogic Sleep” is a form of deep rest where you travel to a place in between your conscious and subconscious. It is a form of guided savasana so all you need to do is make yourself comfortable and listen.
Yin Yoga for Embracing Stillness
Yin Yoga is based on the Chinese Medicine Meridian Theory and works to unblock the channels in your body allowing the Qi to flow freely. Using deep, long holds Olivia will guide you into the magic of a stillness practice.
Yoga for Overwhelm
Emma Humfrey will guide you through a yoga practice to help you return to the present when things get hectic. Bring your awareness and attention to your breath and reduce cortisol levels with this gentle practice focused on calming and nourishing the systems of the body. Bring a pillow or two.
