RESET, REVIVE + REFUEL VIRTUAL RETREAT MORNING

This September we are super excited to bring you the opportunity to join our Virtual Wellness Morning. Join the Balance + Glo team for 90 minutes of exploring how to embrace autumn with open arms through yoga, mindfulness and seasonal eating. The session is designed to leave you feeling refreshed, revived and refuelled.

Your Virtual Wellness Morning will include:

A morning vinyasa yoga session with teacher Emma, focusing on a grounding autumnal yoga flow. This flow will allow you to invite new space into the body and mind, ready for the new season.

A meditation with Jenny designed to help you let go of things you no longer need. Learn how to shed your baggage this autumn!

PLUS a LIVE brunch cook along with Evelyn to create a seasonal dish using delicious natural ingredients. You’ll be creating a delicious Apple and Blackberry Parfait with Stove Top Tahini Granola. Bringing the autumnal vibes with freshly picked apples and blackberries, you’'ll make enough to have brunch and create an overnight jar that you can have on Monday morning too.

You’ll be sent a shopping list once you sign up and you can find the shopping list on the members only blog!
