With September around the corner and that “back to school” feeling looming we wanted to put a program together that makes it easy for you to prioritise yourself this autumn. The ethos of The Self Reset is consistency over perfection. The classes during the challenge are a holistic blend of Strength, HIIT, Pilates, Yoga, Meditation, Breath-work, Journaling, and Recipes. 

Consistently putting your wellbeing first, even just 15 minutes per day, has a ripple effect on the interactions, conversations and opportunities that come your way. When we lead with a grounded, open mindset that is what we get back.

How do I join?

How does it work?

For the month of September The Self Reset allocates you six classes + one recipe per week. It is programmed intelligently so you get the perfect mix of all the methodologies from the Balance + Glo teachers. The classes range from 15-40 minutes in length.

The key to consistency is accountability, that’s where community comes in. If you enrol in our September cohort, each day you’ll receive a link to a live class + a link to an on demand class.
