Helping you stay inspired + motivated
Our Balance + Glo Wellbeing Plans have been designed and curated to support your wellness journey. We want to continue to support our members to stay inspired and motivated, and see real positive progress and results.
As a member, each month you'll receive a monthly wellbeing plan focused on a relevant topic like confidence, improving sleep, reducing stress and many others.
We will be offering a holistic approach in our plans to support mental and physical wellbeing. Depending on the topic, each plan could include yoga, strength training, fitness, mindfulness, meditation and much more.
Each month you'll also receive a nutrition led whole food based monthly meal plan, created by our expert nutritionist with further guidance on macros and a whole food approach. Think energising breakfasts, simple delicious lunches and the perfect afternoon desk snacks.
