Rise + Shine | 14 Day Morning Plan

Helping you to start the day feeling energised, positive and balanced.

Get your morning started with energy and enthusiasm and feel better for the day ahead with yoga instructors Jenny, Olivia and Poppy.

These yoga classes are designed to be done over over 2 weeks to enable you to add yoga to to your regular upbeat morning routine to get you feeling ready and energised for your happiest day. Ease yourself in with gentle movement and then power up body and mind with invigorating movement.

Over the 14 day plan you will:

  • Explore how your yoga practise can be built into your morning routine.

  • Feel energised and ready for your day ahead.

  • Help you to manifest positivity and gratitude.

  • Be supported in maintaining a regular yoga practise

Oats 5 Ways | Recipes to Start Your Day

Oats aren’t just for porridge! With our new 5 day plan, Evelyn shares 5 delicious oat based recipes incorporating breakfast and snack dishes. From a nut-free granola, to hearty stack of pancakes ideal for the weekend, to a banana bread flapjack suitable for the whole family, Evelyn will demonstrate how including oats in your diet isn’t just limited to porridge.

Evelyn will also educate you on the benefits of eating oats, including having a positive impact on gut health and digestion, being a source of key nutrients, lowering cholesterol, and boosting your energy. Plus, you’ll learn about the different types of oat cereal and what to look out for when at the supermarket to maximise their benefits. At the end of this plan, you’ll have the tools and the inspiration to create your own recipes that are simple to make, delicious and nutritious!
