WIN A WELLBEING WORKSHOP FOR YOUR TEAM

At Balance + Glo we are passionate about wellbeing being an integral part of your everyday!! And as we spend a-lot of our days at work, we have been working hard to create wellbeing programmes and workshops which can support you and your teams day in and day out.

Being a supportive employer, who enhances employee wellbeing and invests in proactive intervention, can make all the difference to someone suffering from poor physical or mental health and their recovery. Did you know for every £1 invested in workplace mental health interventions, employers can expect an average return of £5 ((Deloitte, 2020) . In turn a healthy and engaged workforce, will lead to increased performance and productivity.

As we head back to work (and school!) this September, we thought it would be the perfect time to launch our wellbeing workshop giveaway on Linkedin!

- Either a virtual Wellbeing Workshop (for up to 50) or in-person Wellbeing Workshop (for up to 25) 

- Each Wellbeing Workshop will be focused around one of the following topics (you can choose!): Stress Less or Sleep Better 

- Trusted experts on the topics will deliver a 1.5hr workshop including an interactive presentation, a movement or breathwork session and some additional goodies from us for your teams!!
