Sweat + Reset | 30 Day Fitness Plan

Suitable for all levels, low impact fitness that delivers results

Join Evelyn, Hannah and Olivia and get ready to reset your fitness routine

Whatever your fitness level, this 30 day (4 week) full-body programme will help you cultivate a weekly fitness routine at home. It’s designed to help you reach your goals and challenge and educate you about your own body - and importantly have fun along the way (no matter your starting point). It’s designed to support you in developing a stronger, healthier body.

Over the 30 day plan you will:

  • Build a sweat with low impact exercises.

  • Incorporate mobility and restorative flows to allow the body to recover and maximise results.

  • Complete a mixture of bodyweight and dumbbell workouts.

  • Feel fitter at the end of the 30 days and encouraged to continue building your fitness.


Reset Your Plate | 5 Midweek Recipes

With our new 5 day plan, Evelyn shares 5 colourful midweek meals. This meal plan is great if you feel that you have fallen out of routine with preparing healthy meals, are bored of your go-to-dishes, or want to give your dinners a nutrients boost. You’ll gain 5 new dishes, as well as learning the benefits of diversifying your diet, and how best to achieve this. With simple tips and tricks, and beautiful imagery, this plan will leave you feeling inspired to add more colour to your plate.

Each recipe requires less than 10 ingredients, and the plan includes meals that can be batch cooked and prepped ahead. This meal plan is focused on filling your plate with a variety of fresh ingredients, reminding you that eating healthily doesn’t have to be complicated or costly. You will consume 30+ plant-based foods, ensuring that your plates are colourful and delicious.
