EXPLORE THIS MAY

This May, at Balance + Glo we’re encouraging you to EXPLORE. Ask yourself: what’s holding you back from trying new things? You can expect a NEW Yoga Peak Pose Series with classes dedicated to trickier poses to give you breakdowns, options, and opportunities to play.

Across our four pillars; Move, Nourish, Care, Nature we’ll be asking what’s holding you back from trying new things? Be curious, observant and open - and see how you grow.

Read on to find out what’s coming.

Exploring Flavour Combinations

This month we want to encourage you to explore new flavour combinations (it’s time the weekly meal plan had a refresh). These recipes will get your taste buds singing and ensure your diet is varied and diverse. Your gut health will benefit and your body will reap the nutrients boost too.

Expect to add veggies to your smoothies, pop fruit in salads, combine sweet and savoury, sprinkle spices on your fruit, and even mix cacao with avocado for a decadent dessert!

Change is not easy, but it’s where we grow.

On your member exclusive blog, we’ll be sharing:

  • How to navigate change + get out of your comfort zone

  • How to explore the Online Studio Library

  • Journal prompts for self-growth

Walk the Wight

The best way to explore a new area, get closer to nature + ground yourself is on foot.

Inspired by “Walk the Wight”, the Island’s largest and most iconic fundraising event, raising hundreds of thousands of pounds each year to help Mountbatten deliver expert care and support to Islanders when they need it most, we will be sharing our favourite Island routes, ways to support the walk + the benefits of a daily walk for your mental and physical health.
