Do you find yourself hungry by 11 or suffering from a mid afternoon energy slump? A nutritious balanced snack could be the answer. We need to move away from shaming snacks and instead viewing snacks as an energy boosting tool and a way to boost nutrient intake throughout the day.
This recipe plan is focused on empowering and educating YOU to make healthy, and importantly ‘smart’ snack choices. 5 days of recipes, simple to make, delicious, and guaranteed to give you the energy you need! You’ll find a mixture of sweet and savoury snack recipes, that can be bulk prepared (so you’ll always have snacks to-go), and travel well so they are perfect for taking to the office. Each recipe has at least 5g of protein, helping to fill you up and sustain you until your next meal.
This plan has been approved by B+G associate nutritionist Hannah. Hannah has a Masters in Applied Human Nutrition and works 1-2-1 with clients offering nutrition + lifestyle assessments to help guide towards better eating habits and a healthy life. Her ethos is filling our plates with whole foods, and enjoying a diet rich in nutritious foods with a balanced approach to health + optimum living.
