7 Day Plan
These classes will help you shake off the stress of the day and release tension in your body. If it’s been a stressful day at work these classes will help you to let go, reflect, and settle your body and mind for a restful evening and prepare for a new day ahead.

Explore a variety of yoga, breath work and meditation practises to release stress and ease anxiety
Restore your mind and body when you feel fatigued
Find deep rest and relaxation at the end of your day
