Confidence Kickstart
7 Day Plan
These classes will support you in feeling your best confident self through a carefully curated collection of strength building, yoga, meditation and mindfulness practises. There’s no doubt that movement and mindset play an important role together in helping us to feel strong (in body and mind), resilient, happier and more confident - that’s why we have created this collection of classes from our experts.
You’ll get a huge surge of positive energy from cardio – think more serotonin, dopamine, and endorphins, yoga will encourage you to find your inner confidence and say goodbye to self doubt as you destress and calm the nervous system allowing you to feel grounded, clear, and confident. The classes have been designed to help you get the most from this 7 day plan as a whole. We really recommend doing the classes sequentially starting from day one. You can do a few classes in one day or spread them over a number of days. Remember you can always come back to your favourite classes if you find one that really connects with you.
