What to Expect:
This is an exclusive member event incorporating a ‘move to feel good’ fitness class, an energising yoga session, a mindful meditation and a delicious brunch picnic. The event will be hosted in the grounds of Northwood Park with all the Balance + Glo unique special touches. Expect a luxury wellness experience with a dreamy tablescape in beautiful surroundings.
