After the huge success and sell-out of our first ever member meet-up event, were excited to invite you to another morning of wellness!
Join us on Saturday 21st August, between 9.30 and 11.30am, in Northwood Park, Cowes.
This event is designed to give you the opportunity to pause, breathe, move, stretch, brunch and connect with the team and other studio members. Not a member, but interested in joining our tribe? We’ve decided to our extend our invite to non-members too. We would love to meet you and show you what B+G is all about - taking a holistic approach to wellness, incorporating movement, nourishment and selfcare.
This is the perfect morning to share with friends or use as an opportunity connect with a new group of people who share similar interests.
Each ticket includes:
Pre-Workout Stretch and Flow
Resistance Fitness
Cool down and Stretch
Meditation
A pop-up brunch featuring breakfast pots by the Little Gloster, Fresh Juices by Elixir, and energy balls!
Your own B+G natural tote bag and goodies (already have a B+G bag? - you will get your own B+G (money can’t buy) notepad + goodies!)
Expect a relaxing and nourishing morning, which is going to set you up for the rest of the day.
The cost for members is JUST £20 and the cost for non-members is JUST £25.
